Bookkeeping Cleanup Call: What to Bring (So We Can Fix It Fast)

Want your bookkeeping cleanup to be quick, calm, and productive? The fastest cleanups happen when we start with the right info—so we’re not guessing, hunting, or backtracking.

Here’s what to bring to your bookkeeping cleanup call (and what you can skip).

Bring these 6 things

1) Your bookkeeping system access (QuickBooks Online, etc.) If you’re not sure what you have, tell me what you’re using to invoice, accept payments, and track expenses.

2) Bank and credit card statements (starting from the month you opened) Statements help us reconcile and confirm what actually cleared the bank.

3) A list of income sources Examples: Wix payments, Stripe, Square, PayPal, checks, cash, ACH. We’ll make sure deposits and fees are recorded correctly.

4) Any outstanding bills or loans If you have a business loan, equipment financing, or unpaid vendor bills, bring what you have so we can set it up cleanly.

5) Your business basics Business name, entity type (LLC/sole prop), start date, and where you operate (Jacksonville / St. Augustine / St. Johns County, etc.).

6) Your top 3 questions Examples: “Am I profitable?”, “What should I set aside for taxes?”, “Why doesn’t my bank balance match?”

You can skip these (for now)

• Perfectly organized receipts • A “finished” spreadsheet • Knowing all the accounting terms We’ll get you organized step-by-step—judgment-free.

Ready to book your cleanup call? Call or text Rhonda Davis at 904-980-8191 and I’ll tell you exactly what to send (based on your business).
